The number of listed buildings and conservation areas in our towns and cities is ever increasing. Many of these protected buildings require more sensitive repair and alteration, which is often outside the expertise of a general building contractor.
Our surveyors are experienced in undertaking negotiations with conservation officers, preparing detailed specifications and making Listed Building Applications for the repair, alteration, refurbishment and maintenance of traditional buildings.
