Wakefields coverage across the north-east regionHistory
Wakefields has developed over the years from a one-man business, founded by Kenneth Wakefield in 1957, into the multi-discipline practice it is today. The husband and wife partnership of Nick and Sue Lever developed the practice using their combined experience of the North East property scene to form a well respected company, specialising in the survey and valuation of residential property.The recent re-branding as Wakefields Chartered Building Surveyors recognises the ongoing development of the practice and is aimed at confirming the growth and increasing stature of the business within all areas of professional property advice.
Further developments are planned, including additional personnel and expansion of the geographical area, to provide improved services to new and existing clients across the northern region.
